California is losing what's left of their sanity; now they want to build a bullet train to go from SF to Socal. More than half the track will run through tunnels or over sky-high viaducts, crossing six major earthquake faults along the way. The train will have to climb more than 4,000 ft of rugged mountains for the trip. It will require power equal to one-fourth the output of Hoover Dam.
This project is madness for way too many reasons, particularly for a state with a majority of Democraps to support.
You couldn't pay me to ride it.

I think the recent talk of states seceding from the union has now changed to get Commiefornia to secede instead. They're in their own little world anyway.

I know secession is possible because it's happened before, but how about actually kicking a state out of the union? Is there anything unconstitutional about that?

Although not technically a state, I'd like to start with Washington D.C.
