Ladies and Gentlemen, I have the following articles for sale, for mere pennies on the dollar: A set of concrete planters, as seen at many roadside establishments that sell concrete statuary. These planters are not new. They are, in fact, aged, pitted (caused by the acid rain that is George Bush’s fault), covered with patina (moss and mildew) and very used. One has had a mishap and is missing a small portion of its base. (caused by the Republicans not outlawing riding lawnmowers) Both planters are fully functional. I would pressure spray them clean, but it would ruin the patina and make me charge more. So, that said, I would like the paltry sum of $10 for the intact planter and will let the pair go for $10.01 ( thus the penny on the dollar). These will only be sold as a pair.
