There are SO many reasons to challenge the eligibility of B. O. to even run for POTUS. But I believe that there is one that can not be refuted by the Democrats. As I've said before, no one refutes the fact that Obama's Father was NEVER a U.S. citizen. In fact he makes a big deal out of his Father being a citizen of Kenya. And therefore, by a law passed in Britain in 1948, he and his offspring were given British citizenship. That means that at birth Obama had dual citizenship. Just where in the Constitution does it say a person of dual citizenship is eligible to run for POTUS. I'll save you the search; it doesn't. No where in the Constitution does it give the right to run for POTUS to anyone but a Natural Born Citizen. Even what constitutes a Natural Born Citizen is questioned. I believe a NBC is a person not only born here, but born to 2 U.S. citizens. It certainly is a valid question that needs to be clarified by either the Supreme Court and or Congress. It should not be left up in the air as it effects the eligibility of anyone running for President in the future as well as this jerk in the w.H. right now.
There are MANY valid questions about the eligibility of Obama to be President. I can not understand why no one in Congress has brought up the issue. Is everyone in D.C. corrupt?
