Judge Roy Moore

Many thought that old Judge Roy Moore was just a nut case looking for publicity when he refused to remove the 10 commandments from the court house. They also thought that he was finished both as a politician and a judge. Well, they were wrong; at least about the latter. Because here he is again. This time as Chief Justice of the state of Alabama. And he's saying things that many a judge and politician should have said long ago.
First and foremost he is saying that the Constitution is the supreme law of our land. I totally agree with that statement. For far too long people have been treating the Constitution as just a bunch of suggestions IMO. It's time that all the courts, including the Supreme Court, and our Congress started taking their jobs seriously and started using that wonderful piece of work as their guide.
If they did that, then we would have a new person sitting in the W.H. and the current occupant would be on his way to jail.
Obama is an illegal President. It's clear and simple if one uses the Constitution for the definition of what a person has to be in order to even run for POTUS.
The Constitution says that a person must be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN in order to be President of the U.S. Some argue that the term Natural Born means that the person had to have had 2 citizen parents at the time of his birth. Others say that is not the definition. But it seems to me that it is self evident. If a person is born to parents of two different citizenships then that baby has dual citizenship. The Constitution forbids a person of dual citizenship to run for POTUS. So Natural Born must mean that the person's parents must be citizens of the U.S. at the time of his birth.
Obama claims a Father who NEVER had U.S. citizenship. Therefore how can he be a Natural Born Citizen? And how can he be a legal President?
It seems very simple and straightforward to me. How do you see it? I believe Judge Moore feels the same way I do. And perhaps he might just get something going. I sure hope so. At the very least he is not one to be shut up.

I am very excited about judge Roy Moore...and the irony is that I didn't vote for him.
in his interview with WND, he states that he finds it strange that Obama was elected with no valid documentation that even shows he's an American citizen much less a "natural born citizen". He even goes farther to explain that there's more evidence against Obama's citizenship than there is for it.
Now comes the kicker... there is a case headed for the Alabama Supreme Court. McInnish v Chapman with attorney Larry Klayman. Also, we have another supreme court judge, Tom Parker, who has problems with Obama's forged birth certificates.

Tommy, I hope the judges have the courage of their convictions. Perhaps they should get some good ole boys to stay with them lest some "men in black" come down from D.C. and have a talk with them.
Remember our county sheriffs top every other law enforcement officers....including the FBI. As long as they are in Alabama, the individual sheriffs call the shots in their counties. That's not popular with the feds. But it is the law!

Anybody can holler "The Constitution is the law of the land", but Moore is the last one I can see respecting it. Has he actually addressed this case specifically?

several years ago a military colonel Terry Lakin filed a challenge against Obama's eligibility claiming he refused to go to Afganistan because Obama was not a legal commander in chief. Lakin was court martialed, fined and put in jail for questioning Obama. Lakin was not allowed to ask for documentation from Obama. Bithers have been pissed about this ever since...there's even a big Terry Lakin fund raising site.
Judge Roy Moore was asked at the time about this case and he was completely on Terry Lakin's side. He said Lakin not only had the right to question Obama's eligibility but he had the duty and that the court was wrong.
Roy Moore hasn't been asked anything about this upcoming case but according to what he has already said I don't think Obama's lawyers have a chance. Moore is approaching this the correct way. It's not up to us to prove Obama is not eligible, it's up to Obama to prove that he IS eligible and Moore is correct, there's no documentation that even proves Obama is a citizen, much less a "natural born citizen". So far, not one case out of the more than 180 cases has Obama's lawyers been asked to produce any evidence whatsoever. They don't have any, that's why they had to forge the birth certificate and the selective service registration card. Plus Obama is using someone else's social security number. And then there's that pesky little thing about Obama not being a natural born citizen no matter where he was born.
In an honest courtroom, Obama is toast.

Jerry, are you saying that Moore has no respect for the Constitution as the supreme law of the land? If so I'm asking why you feel that way. Is it because of the 10 commandments fuss?

Until he can justify that one, yes. I'm saying he has no respect for and feels immune to the law. Period. Why would the Constitution fare any better under his "guidance"?

I believe that even though Judge Moore is a publicity hound (as all politicians are) that he believed that he was on the right side of the Constitution in that battle. You may not believe that, but he came up with some pretty good reasons why he believed it. Not being a lawyer I can't say which side was right (legally speaking that is) but I do believe it was rather hypocritical to get all excited about the 10 commandments display in a court room in Alabama when religious displays abound all over the city of Washington D.C......especially in the building that houses the Supreme Court.
