Fox has a psychologist on describing the former cop who is on the run after killing. This doctor is describing the man as a narcissist, who is empowered by his evading the people who hate his actions. According to the psychologist he is a person who loves doing what he wants to do and who doesn't respect the rights of others or law and order. When I came in on this the first time, I thought they were describing Obama. ;D
