I just don't think that I will be able to watch this State Of The Union.. I really need to sort thru my socks and get rid of the thin ones. Nothing worse than thin socks on a cold, damp day. I'm sure that I will hear the pros and cons on the radio tomorrow.

Ever notice how he boards and deplanes Air Force One? Can you imagine Ronald Reagan or Ike walking like that? We used to call it diddy-bopping.

I still get angry about the way he returns the salute of the military man at the bottom of the steps. Just because he never served a day in the military doesn't mean he can't learn the proper way to salute. Besides, the President isn't even supposed to salute in that situation. Ike knew that, and while he didn't salute he ALWAYS acknowledged the person saluting. Obummer doesn't even look at the person.
