A. This story is written by Africans, with information cherry-picked to support their agenda
B. The migrations they cite are not necessarily agreed upon by paleo-anthropologists.
C. Very few people realize that there has been more than one migration out of Africa, and back in. The present negroid subspecies is a result of those who did not thrive in the northern hemisphere and gradually worked their way further south until they had come back to where genus Homo had begun in a form that eventually became our own. All these things took place over thousands of generations.. Even so, Homo is possibly the youngest animal genus on the planet, and likely will be the only one to ever bring about its own extinction.
D. H. neanderthal prevailed for more than a quarter of a million years; the most successful Homo species ever. Their brain power was exactly matched to their environment Were it not for us H. sapiens Cro-Magnon mutants, they would still be the dominant H. species, and Homo would have enjoyed the planet for a very much longer time. H. neanderthal was the perfect human.

So it's NOT an insult to call someone a Neanderthal?
Actually, I heard this theory many years ago. At the time I thought, do we actually care....except for curiosity? It is interesting to drum up ideas about where we came from. But the facts are that we are here no matter where we originally came from.
