Action is being taken in many states against Nancy Pelosi and her confirmation of Obama's qualifications. This is something that I reported here that was in the mix several months ago and it's finally starting to happen all over the country. You should read the complaints from citizens in States like Texas, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland etc. to their Attorney Generals. These people at this site have laid out a pretty good roadmap as to how Obama got on the ticket in all the states with nothing more than Pelosi's say so. jbjd.wordpress.com/2010/02/25/roadmap-tx-election-fraud-2008/

These are not court complaints; these are complaints to state Attorneys General in 'applicable' states, that the crime of election fraud was committed in that state. 'Applicable' states are those states with ballot laws that say, only the names of candidates qualified for the job may be printed on the ballot. (Indeed, in the summer of 2008, I warned people who were convinced back then that, Barack Obama could not establish he is a NBC, the only way to keep him out of the White House is to keep him off the ballot.) NOT ALL STATES HAVE ENACTED LAWS THAT ONLY ALLOWED QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ON THE BALLOT! So, citizens checked the laws in their states; and when we found an 'applicable' state, I drafted the complaint to the state AG. It is up to the state AG to investigate and file criminal charges. The beauty of this approach is that the resources of the state go to prosecute the wrongdoer(s)!

It is up to the state AG to investigate and file criminal charges. The beauty of this approach is that the resources of the state go to prosecute the wrongdoer(s)! that is an excellent point...I think Alabama is also involved in this. Maybe we should encourage our Attorney General. Tommy PS I'm glad you clarified my remarks that they were not court complaints...they are indeed complaints to the Attorney Generals to investigate and then take court action.

Alabama is next. (I assume there are several more 'applicable' states; but I am only drafting the complaints and not looking up the laws in each state, for two reasons. 1. If citizens cannot become as knowledgeable about the operation of their state/federal government; as the people who have used their superior knowledge to steal power from them; then it won't matter what laws they write next, or whom they elect into office. 2) I am one person; a single parent of a special needs child; and I am dancing as fast as I can. I have been doing this work, pro bono, for the past year-and-a-half. In January 2009, I posted on my new blog, the way to address this problem of eligibility is through election fraud regarding state ballots. None of the 'popular' attorneys 'working' on these issues went that route. But they gained money and notoriety pursuing avenues which I explained to anyone who would listen, could go nowhere. Finally, in September, I began drafting and posting these complaints myself. If citizens in applicable states, like Texas, could organize and march to their state capitals instead of D.C. then, their elected officials would have to listen.)
(I suppose educating citizens to take control of their government is not as 'sexy' as galloping in on a white horse and promising rescue. Maybe that's why when they ask for thousands of your dollars to continue the 'Crusade,' they get it. Hundreds of citizens have now downloaded and (presumably) sent my complaints. Consumed by this work, in September 2009, I finally posted a PayPal button on the blog. Five people have pushed that button since that time.)

jdjb, I have been working with Phil Berg's team for the past year or so and your approach to the qualification issue is very similar to what I've been pursing Berg to consider for a long time now. The Supreme Court and other Federal courts refuse to hear the cases so maybe another approach through the state's attorney generals would be more effective. It just takes one court case in the country to allow the evidence to be examined against Obama and the whole house of cards will come falling down. Tommy

This is a very interesting approach, and one that should be supported. Just where is the site to find out more and perhaps contribute?

T 2 and cbk (I tried to respond separately to the comment from each of you but could not figure out how), I have to tell you, I always thought Attorney Berg had no chance to prevail in court. However, I continue to credit him with inducing Bob Bauer, now WH Counsel but in January 2009, General Counsel to the DNC Services Corporation; to display the hubris that provides the best evidence, BO is not a NBC! (I am still amazed that Mr. Berg failed to realize, back in January 2009, even though he did not win his case in Hollister; he won the war! Have you read, for example, jbjd.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/counsel-for-dnc-services-corporation-performs-3-card-monte-for-federal-court/ or jbjd.wordpress.com/2009/10/27/bob-bauer-rumored-to-be-next-white-house-counsel-to-federal-court-f-you/? And Bob Bauer's admissions in federal court provide some of overwhelming circumstantial evidence of fraud in these citizen complaints.) P.S. T 2, thank you so very much for clarifying the comment as to the nature of these citizen complaints of election fraud to state A'sG inapplicable states.

This whole "proof" of Obama's is a house of cards. It defies logic and clear thinking. It attempts to baffle the general public with BS. Why are the judges so afraid to demand that Obama produce a REAL birth certificate? Do they think that they will be fired, shot, indited on some trumped up charge? I just don't understand all of this, or why we put up with it. VOTE folks. Throw out all of Obama's cronies so that he has to stand alone.
