1. He thinks he’s playing with Monopoly money - he underestimated the consequences of the perception that he is a reckless spender. He also misjudged the anger in middle America about bailouts. His responses were weak and he didn’t provide enough explanations of why he did that. 2. Too much Leonard Nimoy - this story is that his intellect contributed to critique that decisions are separated from main beliefs. 3. That’s the Chicago Way - the smack is that his West Wing is dominated by brass-knuckled politics. 4. He’s a pushover - the perception is that he lays out the lines, then lets people cross them without any responsibility. 5. He sees America as another pleasant country on the U.N. roll call, somewhere between Albania and Zimbabwe - reviews of his recent trips have been judged harshly. 6. President Pelosi - nobody has had more success in advancing his will than Pelosi, he has hamstrung Biden and Hillary. 7. He’s in love with the man in the mirror - Obama is over-exposed and thinks he can satisfy American with his looks and glib tongue. He gives interviews on everything and yet he never really says anything that answers questions the people want answered. The article is several pages long, but worth the read. www.politico.com/news/stories/1109/29993.html

I think it's a pretty fair and balanced report. The bottom line is that Obama doesn't have a clue how to lead this country down the road. Academic theory is one thing. Boots on the gound is another. Like far too many academics, he lives in a dream world.

You got it! Heads in the clouds, dream world. I think their heads are firmly stuck up their own nether regions.

Gloria, if I could have posted today from work I was going to post this link--the critique is dead on.
Funny--tough, from Chicago, and yet is weak in the eyes of the world. A paradox, don't you know.

That's one of the most accurate critique's I've heard regarding Obama. Spot on.

There is a new, anatomically correct, Obama doll available. It has two big ears and no testicles.
