Jerry once brought the tater gun to a poker game, and demonstrated it in the house firing a tissue instead of a vegetable. I had the misfortune of having a burning kleenex wad go flying right by my head. Larry, let me know when you need lessons on how to remove ashes from a fire pit! ;D

I still burst out laughing just thinking about that story.

Jerry has all sorts of exotic weapons at his house. I'm not very good with them but he is. He loves making things that others wouldn't take the time to construct. Lots of fun. Watch out bad guys they would never find the weapon that got you. Cause we could cook the ammo.

Cause we could cook the ammo. LOL, CBK!! Quite a few years ago, I witnessed my first tater gun being used. I almost needed a diaper afterwards! ;D

Here's one of the best website for tater guns. Lots of technology at work there. www.spudtech.com/

I've never seen the tater gun before. Very interesting. How do you shoot it? Does it have a trigger of some sort?
BTW: Ally is a gorgeous young lady. Look at those eyes.

Mine has a pushbutton grill igniter. You mash the button and it fires the hairpsray you've squirted in the chamber.
Yep, Ally is a real beauty, and so's her mom. Good genes.

We had a great thanksgiving.....like Elaine, we had two rounds. One on Thurs. and one on Sat. for some who couldn't make it Thurs. It was a madhouse, but all in all it went very well. I am stuffed to the gills! Great food, great company! All Dougs family, mine couldn't make it, and I miss them dearly, but I did get to talk to them all. We have much to be thankful for!

My grandchildren love going to Jerry's because he has neat "stuff", like tater guns, fossils, arrow heads, lances, etc.
