I heard on the news last night that one of his product endorsements companies canceled with him.

Which one; Cosmopolitan magazine? If he ever starts endorsing an aftershave or male enhancement pill it will triple in sales overnight. It's said there is no such thing as bad publicity.

I don't remember which one for sure, seems like it was a juice or power drink. I think Nike said they won't cancel. |

I 'think' it was Gatorade. They said they were going to cancel anyway and it was just a coincidence....yeah, right!! Yep, this is where you throw the hurt feelings and indiscretions out the window. This becomes where the deep pockets get shallowed out. A few minutes here and there became a few million dollars. Be careful what you wish for. Money talks and BS walks!!!! He is up to at least 10 women now. What a piece of work!!!!!

Jerry--I am not sure that this publicity can have any good effect on his earning power--folks will drop him left and right, and I doubt he'll pursue the ED dollar.
Oddly, or maybe not oddly, I don't think the viewing public cares much--like you said in another post, he is a human, and not a god, after all, and most of the male population just once to see him hit shots close to the pin in clutch situations.

I remember many years ago one of the candidates running for the President of France was caught messing around with a mistress and the news media was up in arms about it in the US. but then I watched a French announcer say....but you don't understand...in France, having an affair is a "plus" for a candidate. The news is very predictable. They will stay on this and ignore real news until another sex scandal comes up. That way they don;t have to print news of Gorbal Warming or the Health takeover by the government. God forbid they make an issue of the promises made in Copenhagen or the new amendments in the Health bill now in Congress.

Poor Tiger. He had it so good and it's all come crashing down because he couldn't keep it zipped. I'm sure he wishes he'd acted in a reasonable, responsible manner now. But we don't often get do overs.

This morning's news said he was paying for some of the girls though an escort service. Don't know for sure though one of the girls from an escort service indicated it was.

Tiger lost all respect for his wife and kids which is why he did what he did. The sponsors have lost respect for him which is hitting him deep in his pockets. I don't know why he even married to begin with as he doesn't respect that either. He has become an also ran horse that is full of BS.

Lana said we should rush out and order a bunch of bumper stickers that read "I did not sleep with Tiger" and sell them on ebay. I also talked to my son who has a small screen printing business out in Montana and also runs the kitchen at the Miners Saloon. I told him he should make a run of t-shirts that read "I slept with Tiger at The Miner's Saloon" and sell them at the bar. I am sure there are folks out there already figuring out how to make a buck on it. Do you remember the shirts and caps that used to have WWJD (what would Jesus do) on them? When Allen Jackson came out with his song "'''It's 5 o'clock somewhere", I wanted to have some t-shirts made with WWJBD on the front (what would Jimmy Buffett do". You have to strike quickly while the iron is hot on these things though. |
