CNN, tonight, was reporting on homegrown Muslim terrorists. Actually muslin terrorists trying to put down polyester wouldn't be so bad, would they? ;D But seriously, this is what I've been preaching about so long. The cult of Mohammad is all about power.....and probably money too, Jerry. And their means of getting power is to convert or kill. That's why they are so dangerous. We don't know which Muslims just want to go about their business and which really believe this convert or kill stuff. That is why I believe the cult should be outlawed. It's not about hating the people who practice the faith, or about intolerance. It's about protecting ourselves from being blown up when we go shopping at the mall, or go into a post office to mail a letter. In this country freedom of religion is guaranteed. If you want to start a church that adores a rock you are free to do so. And although I may find you a bit silly for belonging to such a church I support your right to do so. When I get up in arms is when you believe that the adoration of your rock requires you to hit people with it. And that's what I'm talking about with Muslims. Since we can't separate the person from the religion it follows that if we are going to outlaw the religion (or cult as I call it) then we've got to say that people who practice the religion are outlaws too. They believe in the VIOLENT overthrow of our government. And that is still a crime. I'm sorry if this is inconvenient for some people but WE didn't go over to Saudi Arabia and start killing people because they wouldn't convert to (pick a religion). These people came here. They, not only, have used violence in the name of their religion, themselves, but now they have gotten to the point where our own citizens are following their nutty example. How long are we going to be stupid?

Well summarized, Chris. That's exactly what it's all about. As far as them being about money & power, though, can you tell me of any large organized faith that isn't?
Regardless of how their lowest members believe and act, the upper levels are always pure business that depends on how well the others follow. It's all about mind control and cashflow. The dogma and messiah of choice are merely means to an end, no matter how many centuries they've been in business.

Jerry, you are so right. You mix a little fear in there (you'll go to hell if you don't do as we say) and you have a powerful way of controlling people.
The Muslims, to me at least, seem to be afraid of their own humanity. They want to make everything a sin. You can't drink, or look at a pretty girl and enjoy it, you have to cleanse your body in extreme ways before you can pray. It's as if the very thing that they believe God created is sinful and dirty and wrong. Heck of a way to adore the God who made you.

I just heard on the news that five American Muslim young men, ages 19 to 25 (I think) were arrested in Pakistan for leaving the Uniited States and going there to participate in a JIHAD. They were missing and some of the parents found a video about where they going and notified the FBI who worked with Pakistani officials and now they are being held over there.

Chris, I really like your analogy of the Church of the Rock. It's ok to worship the rock but it's not ok to use that rock to hit other people over the head....Tommy

.........How long are we going to be stupid? Chris, the same type of people that say it is politically incorrect to say anything bad about Muslims, are going to Copenhagen in their private jets to figure out how man can stop Global Warming with our tax dollars!

I think muslin is the proper word, since they are a bunch of sheetheads.
