The Chrysler dealers who were closed by the government are now filing suits against the government. This case could be very important because they are also including Quo Warranto to the case. This basically says... the government not only acted illegally but the officials, including Obama, were not qualified to hold the positions they held when this action was taken. If ya'll will remember the case in California with Judge Carter who in his dissmissal of Orly Tait's case against Obama literally gave advice and direction that any case against Obama would have to take place in Washington DC since they would have jurisdiction over anything regarding the President. Well...you got it...this case is in Washington DC where the court DOES have jurisdiction when it comes to the president. Here's a report on that: www.devvy.com/new_site/chrysler_120709.html

Tommy, would this sort of thing also apply to the government firing CEO's of companies that they gave money to? It seems very illegal for the government to come into a company and start laying down rules when those rules weren't part of the original loan.
